Project description
Eaglewing has been appointed to operate and manage two pairs of towers—SR9 & SR10 and SR5 & SR6—within Phase 4 of the Jabal Omar Development in Makkah.
The SR9 & SR10 towers will be operated under Archipelago’s premium brand “The Royal Alana,” while SR5 & SR6 will be branded “The Alana,” addressing upscale pilgrim and visitor demand.
Each cluster includes guestrooms, suites, and multiple food and beverage venues, with Eaglewing mandated to handle hotel management, operator search and selection, and value enhancement.

Alana Towers (SR5 & SR6): 560 keys; F&B capacity of more than 734 covers across two speciality restaurants, one all‑day dining and a lobby lounge. - Role: Full hotel management including capital improvements, operator monitoring, HMA compliance, technical and project reviews, and asset value enhancement.
