Project description
Eaglewing, through Warifat Hospitality Limited, is appointed as asset manager and owner’s representative for the hospitality portfolio within the Jabal Omar master development in the Holy City of Makkah.
The wider Jabal Omar plan envisages around 38 hotel towers serving up to 160,000 pilgrims, with a prayer area for 200,000 worshippers and approximately 21,000 hotel rooms on completion across a 230,000 square metre site adjacent to the Haram.
Within this context, Eaglewing’s mandate focuses on enhancing portfolio strategy, overseeing operator performance and maximizing asset value for a group of internationally branded five‑ and four‑star hotels.
