Knowledge Economic City is a major economic city initiative launched in Madinah as part of Saudi Arabia’s economic cities programme.
Its Madinah Gate Project includes hospitality, retail and entertainment components linked to the Al‑Haramain train station.
Relationship with Eaglewing
KEC engaged Eaglewing to provide advisory services for the Madinah Gate hotel component, including concept and operator selection strategy.
Eaglewing supported specification of brand standards and facilitated negotiations and agreement signing with the selected operator.
