Project description
Knowledge Economic City engaged Eaglewing to provide strategic advisory services for the Madinah Gate Project, including definition of the overall hotel concept and operator strategy.
Within the term of the agreement, Eaglewing worked with the owner to define operator standard specifications and brand standards and to identify suitable operating candidates to approach.
The engagement included support in commercial negotiations and in facilitating the signing of an operator agreement between KEC and the selected operator.
